Kid Fit 101

The 12 Week Program

Our 12-week program utilizes the latest research and technology available in the children’s health field. The program starts with an individual health and fitness assessment for each child. Over the 12-week period, we will emphasize exercise through play and health education through fun classroom-based lessons.  A Kid Fit coach will guide participants through one-hour classes that provide a new and exciting lesson each week.

 Recurring classes are held once or twice a week (60 minutes) for twelve weeks.
